Welcome to Crystals by Darya! These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website or via direct communication (Instagram, email, or in person). By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Processing & Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Shipping in Denmark: Sent via GLS (2–3 business days) – 40 DKK.
• International Shipping: Sent via PostNord (5–14 business days) – 50 DKK.
• Tracking: All orders include tracking information.

2. Custom Orders

• Creation Time: Custom jewellery takes 1–4 weeks, depending on complexity and material availability.
• Payment: Website orders - 100% upfront. Private/custom arrangements - 50% deposit required.
• Design Process: After placing a custom order, I will contact you within 1–2 business days to discuss your vision.
• Modifications: Can be requested before production begins.
• Returns: Custom orders are non-refundable.
• Repairs of a custom piece: Myfault - I cover return shipping and repair it free of charge. Accidental damage - You cover return shipping; I repair the wire wrapping or thread (stone replacement not included unless separately ordered).

3. Returns & Refunds

• Return Window: 30 days from delivery (in line with EU regulations).
• Eligibility: Only non-custom, unused items in original condition.
• Exclusions: No returns on custom-made items.
• Return Shipping: Paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

4. Repairs & Damage
Repairable Issues: Wire wrapping or thread breakage.
Non-repairable: Broken stones (unless a new stone is purchased).
Responsibility:
  If the damage is due to a defect: I cover shipping and repair.
 If caused by misuse: You cover shipping; repair is still offered.

5. Payments- Accepted Methods:

• Website: Credit card via Stripe.
• Private orders: MobilePay to 53868.
• No cash or payment plans.

VAT: 25% VAT is included in all listed prices.
Business Type: Sole proprietorship registered in Denmark.

7. Packaging & Gifts

• Every order comes gift-wrapped with an intuitive wish card.
• Custom messages can be added upon request.

9. Readings & Channelings (Digital Products) Delivery
Written readings will be delivered as PDF documents to your email; recorded channelings/readings will be sent as video or audio files.
No Refunds: Due to their personalized and digital nature, all written or recorded readings are strictly non-refundable. This includes:

• One Question Astrology Reading (written)
• Full Birth Chart Reading (written)
• Life Potential Chart (written)
• Written or video-recorded channelings

Client Responsibility: Please ensure correct information is provided at booking (e.g. birth date, time, place). Refunds or re-deliveries cannot be issued if the information provided is incorrect.

10. One-on-One Sessions (Online & In-Person)
Online sessions are hosted via Google Meet. You will receive the meeting link minimum 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule free of charge if you notify me more than 24 hours before the session.
Cancellations & Refunds:

• Cancellation 48+ hours before session → 50% refund (unless non-refundable service, see below).
• Cancellation within 24 hours → No refund.

Non-Refundable Sessions: Certain hybrid services that include both written and live elements are non-refundable once booked:

• Deep Dive Birth Chart Reading (written + 1h call)
• Life Potential Chart (written + 1h call)
• Life Review through Chakras (1h session)

In-Person Meetings:

• Location is either at my private studio (address provided via email after booking) or at a public café (options listed on Calendly).
• You may arrive up to 15 minutes late, but the session time will not be extended.
• Please do not share private studio address with third parties.

11. Event Bookings & WorkshopsTickets/Bookings
All event bookings are prepaid and binding.
Refunds: No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days before the event.
Rescheduling: If the event is canceled by me, participants can choose either a full refund or transfer their ticket to a future event.

12. Liability Disclaimer
Services (astrology, channeling, energy work, etc.) are for personal insight and inspiration only. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice. You are always responsible for your own life decisions and actions.

13. Privacy & Data Use
Any personal data (birth details, contact info, etc.) provided during bookings is kept strictly confidential and only used for the agreed service.
By booking, you consent to your data being processed for the purpose of delivering the service.
